Shot Blasting Services

If your items have previously been painted, powder coated or are suffering with rust or corrosion we will use our proprietary mix of chemical stripping and mixed media blasting to remove this while being as gentle to the items as possible. This then leaves the items completely clean with a surface key ready to get prepared for powder coating.

We have both a cabinet blast and a large walk in blast booth that can accommodate items up to 5 metres long such as fencing and car chassis.

If your items have critical areas these can generally be masked up and covered before blasting. It's strongly advised to disassemble items as much as possible and to remove bearings and other vulnerable parts that could be damaged due to blast media contaminating these items. If there are any critical/sensitive areas of items these should be brought up when dropping the items off.
